X-trafik customer service
Monday-Friday from 6am to 5pm our customer service is available and can answer any questions regarding journeys, tickets, prices, rules, payments, our webshop, delay compensation, etc. Throughout the day, our customer service can answer questions regarding eg journeys, tickets, prices and rules.
On our Facebook page we present offerings, publish news and inform about important matters concerning public transport. We respond to posts Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.

At Norra Rådmansgatan 8 in Gävle we have our own kundcenter (customer center). Here you can buy all our tickets, replace broken cards and get help with most of your questions.
